"Chipotle Mexican Grill is my lifesaver when I’m too tired and coming home late from work. It’s the best dinner option I could ask for. The most important thing is that everything is always fresh – from the greens to every piece of cheese, chicken, avocado, and the sauces. I want to give special thanks to Hinal, the lovely girl from India who always greets me with a smile, is super helpful, and helps me choose the perfect option. Although I don’t know everyone by name, I always end up being served by the same amazing team – she and a friendly guy from Poland. They make the experience special every single time. I feel like I’m visiting family when I come here. Everyone is so welcoming and kind that it truly makes you want to come back. Huge portions, fresh ingredients, and the warm atmosphere – what more could you ask for? Thank you for always making my evenings better! You’re doing an amazing job!"

"The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was great. I saw how lovely the lady was treating customer before me and stayed because of it! I came in starving so I was super indecisive. Story of my life. But she was patient and told me what was best (based on what I told her I liked!) and let me even try a few things? I think I walked in on a great day. But the food was delicious. Good temperature and fresh! Honestly, I have no complaints. This was my first meal of the day and choosing where to eat was hard. So happy I chose Chipotle. I ordered: Naked Burrito (she allowed me to have the wrap also) with half and half chicken and steak, mild and hot sauce, with all the topping minus the sweet corn! I choose to dine in because they made me feel so happy. lol. Amazing service. So so happy"

"I had my first visit to Chipotle in West Hampstead, and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable! The food was incredibly fresh, made with real ingredients, and absolutely delicious. I tried their tacos and bowl, and each bite was packed with flavour. A special shoutout to one of the staff members, a lovely guy from Poland, who made the experience even better. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and always had a warm smile on his face. His excellent customer service made me feel so welcome, and it’s people like him that make you want to return again and again. Thank you for such a wonderful first experience, Chipotle! I can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh and delicious meal."

"One of the best customer experiences of my life. The servers are so friendly and they made an effort to learn my name and dietary preferences (vegetarian) once they saw that I was a returning customer. They make your order perfect every time and are so focused and energetic the whole time you are saying what you want. They always pack my tacos really well, so that they don’t fall apart, but I feel like they’ve also been packing them extra full, which is fun. I don’t want this quiet little gem of a spot to get overrun now, but highly recommend."

"I came into Chipotle restaurant in West Hampstead just admiring their organic drink. One of the staff kindly offered me a sample of the organic drink, which tasted amazing! I then bought an organic drink and burrito, which both tasted beautiful. The customer service from the entire team today was sensational, all were very polite, helpful and the customer service was just amazing. Thank you!"

"Absolutely lovely! Friendly staff, generous portions, and delicious food! We visited this restaurant after my teenage son mentioned that some of his friends had been, and it was a wonderful experience. A big shout-out to the ladies who served us – it’s a shame I don’t know their names, but I hope they are valued by the management. We will definitely be coming back soon!"
